Gift Certificate and Return Policies

Gift certificates expire 2 years after purchase.  Any gift certificate redeemed after the expiration date are subject to a $5.00 service charge and the balance of current session cost. If you would like to split a gift certificate session there is a $10.00 fee. Any gift certificates that are lost or stolen cannot be replaced. Gift certificates purchased via the website or phone will be mailed first class mail through USPS. 24 hours cancellation notice is required or you will be subject to payment in full of the missed session.  Gift certificates are nonrefundable. Prices are subject to change without notice.

All sales are final.  Merchandise is exchange only.  No refunds.
