Office Policy


1. 24 hours cancellation notice is required or you will be subject to payment in full of the missed session.

2. Sessions begin at the scheduled appointment time.  If the client is late, the session will end at the originally scheduled time.  If the therapist is late, you will still receive your full session time.

3. All classes will begin promptly at regularly scheduled times.

4. Illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of the session.  Payment in full for the scheduled appointment will be required.

5. We accept the following forms of payment: cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, checks/travelers checks.

6. Payment in full is expected at the time of your appointment.  While we do not accept insurance plans, we will gladly provide you with the appropriate insurance receipts if you are seeking reimbursement.

7. There is a $10.00 bank fee for any returned checks.

8. Prices are subject to change without notice.

9. Gift certificates expire 2 years after purchase.  They are non-refundable. Any gift certificate redeemed after its expiration date is subject to a $5.00 service charge plus the balance of the current sessions cost.  If you would like to split a gift certificate, there is a $10.00 fee.

10.  All sales are final.  Merchandise is exchange only.  No refunds.
