Yoga improves posture and flexibility, promotes healthy breathing patterns and can give you a great workout! Our certified yoga instructors provide guidance to students of all levels, with attention given to each individual need.
Please call to reserve a spot in the class and to confirm that the class is being held as scheduled.
We suggest that students arrive 5-10 minutes early. Please remember to check in at the front desk and to silence your cell phones.
Classes run about an hour and 15 minutes. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat or a towel.
Drink plenty of water before and after class.
Notify your instructor of any injuries and/or medical conditions. Yoga can be modified to suit anyone's abilities.
