From Long Island - Take the Long Island Expressway (I-495) west to exit 32, Little Neck Parkway. Make a right on Little Neck Parkway. Go up 8 blocks. We are on the right.
From Queens/NYC - Take the Long Island Expressway (I -495) east to exit 32, Little Neck Parkway. Make a left onto Little Neck Parkway. Go up 9 blocks. we are on the right.
For those of you familiar with the area, we are located on Little Neck Parkway, one half block south of Northern Blvd. We are across from the Chase Bank and Platinum Health Care.
Parking - There are one hour meters on Northern Blvd and two hour meters on Little Neck Parkway. There is free parking on Pembroke Avenue. Be sure to read the street signs. |

By Train

LIRR - Take the Port Washington line to the Little Neck Station. When you exit the station make a left onto Little Neck Parkway. Go south about 8.5 blocks. We are on the left hand side, a half block after you cross Northern Blvd.
Subway - Take the 7 train to Flushing Main Street. There you can take the LIRR east to Little Neck or the Q12 bus. Take the Q12 bus east toward Glenwood Avenue, Little Neck. Get off at the corner of Little Neck Parkway and Northern Blvd. We are across the street from Chase Bank on Little Neck Parkway. |

From Queens/West - Take the Q12 east toward Glenwood Avenue, Little Neck. Get off at the corner of Little Neck Parkway and Northern Blvd.
From Nassau/East - Take the N20 or N21. Both buses run along Northern Blvd. Get off on the corner of Little Neck parkway and Northern Blvd.
From Southern Queens/Nassau - Take the Q79 to Little Neck. Get off on the corner of Little Neck Parkway and Northern Blvd.
